We will only accept your project if we can complete it within the budget and timeframe that you require.

We Accept Your Project
After our initial consultation, we will conduct a conflicts check to ensure that accepting your project presents no conflicts of interest. If there are no conflicts, we will send an email to you accepting your project and confirming your instructions for its timely completion.

We Assign Your Project
When we accept your project we’ll assign it to one of our Research Associates for completion. The Research Associate assigned to your project will request an exemplar of your firm’s work to ensure that the project matches your standard pleading, motion or brief format.

We Produce Your Project
To complete your project we will use relevant statutes, case law, treatises and other leading secondary sources to conduct our legal research.

You will have full email or telephone access to the Research Associate responsible for your project. You should feel free to contact us anytime to check its status or request modifications that may become necessary. Please note that modifying the project from its initial specifications may require an adjustment of the original project price. If we don’t hear from you while working on a large or lengthy project, we will update you periodically as to its progress.

We Complete Your Project
When we complete your project, we will send you email notification of its completion. If your project is a motion or brief, the final product will be ready to file pending your final review and approval. THE VIRTUAL ASSOCIATE™ will deliver your project to you in both a Microsoft Word and PDF format [and any other available format at your request], and we will store it in our database for your future access.
